New premium chocolate, coatings and bake-proof drops
We have increased our range of chocolate and coatings. Our new single-origin formulations create a deliciously tempting flavour that is typical of the country of origin, while the new milk formulation has an even richer, more chocolatey taste. Our new bake-proof milk chocolate drops have a wonderful whole-milk flavour and come in bake-proof quality. And of course, they contain no soy lecithin at all, but lashings of precious organic cocoa butter.
Single-origin chocolate: unique and flavourful
Our organic dark chocolate, Peru 85%, is made with top-quality organic cocoa from Peru and is characterised by a strong, pleasantly bitter cocoa flavour.
The organic dark chocolate, Madagascar with Vanilla 74%, is made with premium organic cocoa from Madagascar, enriched with a hint of genuine organic Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.
Our new organic chocolate, Panama with Vanilla 74%, is a delicious addition to the range, made with premium-quality organic cocoa from Panama. This couverture is also enhanced with genuine organic Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.
Organic milk chocolate: less sweet, more chocolatey
Our organic milk chocolate, Milk 50%, has a strong chocolate flavour with a fruity cocoa note. It is less sweet than our other organic milk chocolate and is made using the finest organic cocoa from Madagascar.
Bake-proof whole-milk chocolate drops
Our bake-proof organic chocolate drops, Milk 36%, are packed with delicious whole-milk flavour. They are made using the finest organic cocoa from the Dominican Republic. Even in our bake-proof chocolate drops, we never use soy lecithin.
